Payment

We currently accept private payment as well as in-network private health insurance coverage for eligible therapy services. Please note that special classes and workshops are not eligible for insurance coverage or reimbursement. To inquire about updated rates, please call or email us. 

Payments are accepted via cash, credit card, and personal check.

In-Network Insurance Coverage

Our billing team works directly with health insurance companies to determine eligibility for services and out-of-pocket expenses. Play & Say is in network with several insurance companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and 1199. For more specific information regarding a family’s coverage, we kindly ask interested parties to send us  a copy of the front and back of their insurance cards as well as the child’s date of birth and policy holder’s date of birth so we may obtain more information regarding specific coverage plans.

Out-of-Network Insurance Reimbursement

In the event Play & say is not in-network with your health insurance company, we suggest purchasing sessions through private payment. At the end of each month, our billing team will provide a fully-coded and completed Superbill that may be submitted to the family’s insurance company on their behalf for potential reimbursement. Please note Play & Say is unable to contact out-of-network insurance companies on a family’s behalf. As a result, our billing team is unable to provide reimbursement information and is not responsible for determining if reimbursement will be made.
